Responsibilities

• Retail is responsible for selling Crystal Palace merchandise
• Courteously handle incoming calls using good listening and communication skills to secure information necessary to complete a reservation. Use proper phone etiquette
• Enter accurately into the computer system all reservations received from the telephone, email and direct guest contact
• Selling tickets for ticketed events
